Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

ACT focuses on increasing cognitive flexibility through accepting our thoughts and feelings without judgement, and remaining centered in the present.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy is an explorative approach that helps to increase self awareness and well being through a deeper understanding of our past experiences, relationships, and feelings.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

EMDR helps us heal from and process past traumatic events through the use of bilateral stimulation.
